Day 1: Fes Day Sightseeing

On the first day, we will explore Fes, one of the oldest and most historic cities in Morocco. You’ll visit the medina, full of narrow streets, shops, and old buildings. Day 2: Fes → Ifrane → Cedar Forest → Midelt → Ziz Valley → Merzouga Desert

On the second day, we will leave Fes and drive through the beautiful town of Ifrane, often called the “Switzerland of Morocco” because of its European-style buildings. After a short stop, we will head to Cedar Forest, where you can see wild monkeys feed them and take pictures with them.

Next, we’ll pass through Midelt, a small town in the mountains, and continue to the stunning Ziz Valley, known for its palm trees and green views. In the afternoon, we’ll arrive at the Merzouga Desert, where the famous Erg Chebbi dunes are.

Day 3: Full Day to Explore the Sahara Desert (Erg Chebbi → Nomads → Khamlia "Gnaoua" → M'ifis Mines → Merzouga Lake → Palm Grove Forest)

On the third day, we will spend the whole day exploring the Sahara Desert. First, we’ll visit nomad families living in traditional tents near the dunes, where you can learn about their way of life. Then, we’ll head to Khamlia village, famous for its Gnaoua music, a unique style of African-Moroccan music. You can enjoy the music and try local food.

Later, we’ll visit the M’ifis Mines, where people used to dig for minerals, and then stop by the quiet Merzouga Lake, home to different kinds of birds. 

We’ll also explore the nearby palm grove forest, where you can see palm trees growing in the middle of the desert. After a full day of adventure, we’ll return to spend the night in Riad on the edge of the Sahara desert.

Day 4: Merzouga Desert → Rissani → Todra Gorge → Boumalne Dades

On the fourth day, we’ll start by leaving the Merzouga Desert after enjoying a sunrise over the dunes. We will drive to Rissani, a small town known for its lively traditional market. Here, you can explore the souk (market), where locals trade fresh vegetables, spices, and even animals like sheep and donkeys. 

After Rissani, we’ll head to the famous Todra Gorge. This is a deep canyon with tall, cliffs reaching up to 300 meters. You can walk through the narrow valley, It’s a popular spot for hiking, or you can just relax by the clear river that runs through the gorge.

We will end the day in Boumalne Dades, a small town surrounded by beautiful landscapes. You’ll stay in a comfortable riad near the Dades Valley, known for its winding roads and impressive rock formations.

Day 5: Dades Valley → Roses Valley → Skoura → Ouarzazate

On the fifth day, we start by exploring the beautiful Dades Valley. You’ll see the unique rock formations called the “Monkey Fingers”, a popular spot for taking photos. We’ll drive through the green oases of the valley, passing palm trees and small villages.
